Atlas Estates specialises in real estate investment in Central-Eastern Europe. The company effects investment and construction projects as well as manages real estate in Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. Among Atlas Estates investments there are both residential and commercial properties, including retail and hotel space. Since its settlement in 2006 Atlas Estates has focused on Central-Eastern Europe countries with about 75% of its properties located in Poland.
Company’s key investment projects include: exclusive apartments of Platinum Towers in Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, the neighbouring Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre, 112-meter high Millennium Plaza office building with retail gallery in Jerozolimskie Alley in Warsaw as well as modern residential complex Capital Art Apartments, whose third stage is currently under construction. This year two new housing estates in Warsaw will be completed: ConceptHouse Mokotow, which has already received an occupancy permit, and Apartamenty przy Krasinskiego in Zoliborz district. Atlas Management Company is dedicated to manage assets owned by Atlas Estates Ltd., its mother company.
